We are accepting offers for the purchase of this vacation/rental home as a whole or in part. From its website to the furniture, appliances, and hot tub, you can own this home in Southern WV! No remodeling or brand developing costs or time needed. Starting price for all inclusive package is $160k.
The home is on .8 tiered acre with a large gravel parking lot, asphalt curved drive up to the house, and gated gravel parking at the upper front tier. The partial basement area beneath the home has a lockable storage room and a separate dirt floor storage space with barn style lockable entry doors with ample enough room to park two SXS machines. Appliances include stainless steel side by side refrigerator with in-door ice maker and water, 5 burner gas stove with oven, and 18" dishwasher. It also includes an electric washer and dryer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with glassware, pots/pans, silverware, cooking utensils, and small appliances convenient to cook even holiday meals! Keurig, toaster, mixer, electric griddle, popcorn popper, blender and more.
Bedrooms include a double/queen size bed, dresser/armoire, lamps and television. Stored in the BR closet are extras that include (2) folding twin size cots, iron with board, and portable fan.
Living room includes a cozy wood burning stove, large curved screen Samsung television, gaming system/DVD player with controllers, mini inset foosball coffee table, small sofa with end tables, stand alone lamp, and chair.
This home was completely remodeled, inside and out, approximately (5) years ago, and included a new roof, Hardiboard siding, Trex decking on both the porch that extends the front length of the home and the smaller side porch, formed concrete counters, tankless water heater, appliances and so much more! The central HVAC unit was installed new (2) years ago. There are two propane tanks at the rear of the property through Suburban Propane. Patio and gazebo were built for the hot tub that was installed, gently used but in excellent condition, (3) years ago.
